Have you found that the Ionizer and Collection Plates in your electronic air cleaner (EAC) just don't work well anymore?
Replace the collection plates in your Honeywell, Trion, Trane and other electronic air cleaners with a 2-inch permanent, washable, lifetime electrostatic filter. Every 1-2 months, just remove filter, vacuum or hose off and reinstall. Never buy another filter again.
Our 2-inch permanent filters measure exactly 1-3/4 inch thick. They can be made in ANY CUSTOM LENGTH and HEIGHT in 1/8 inch increments for NO ADDITIONAL COST.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
Why is your filter thinner than my original metal collection plates? Simply because electrostatic filters cannot be made in 4 or 5 inch widths. This would result in too much filtration media and would impede air flow. Our filters are 1-3/4 inch thick with aluminum frames. They are washable and can be used as permanent replacements for your 4 and 5 inch filters. (See Point 3 below) When choosing a filter, it is important to look at dust arrestance as well as air resistance. Our filters are designed to provide an excellent balance between HIGH dust arrestance and LOW air resistance.
What is the MERV rating on your filter? These filters are comparable to a MERV 8 filter. They develop their electrostatic charge naturally as air passes through them. They do not have to be plugged in to a power source.

Our 2-inch filters contain 5-stages of media and feature a very low 0.10 W.G. air resistance and excellent 90% dust arrestance.
FILTER SIZING GUIDELINES
1. We can make our filters in 1/8 inch increments. Please type the EXACT filter size (Width x Height) you need in the box above. Please physically measure your current collection plates or measure inside the electronic air cleaner cabinet. If measuring inside the cabinet housing, be sure to deduct 1/4 inch on Height and Width so the filter fits in housing. All filters are 1-3/4 inch thick.
2. Please double check your size as we cannot provide refunds due to errors in measurement. When measuring the filter slot, please allow room for any metal flanges, slots and/or doors in the filter housing area.
3. Please note that our filters are exactly 1-3/4 inch thick. Even though they may be thinner than your current filter, they are an effective replacement for the thicker collection plates. However, some applications may require you to put a spacer next to the filter to fill in the extra space. Some customers glue a small L-Bracket behind the filter to hold it in place.
